CTX Attendant Console

Windows operator console software can be installed on a PC and provides a range of mouse or keyboard driven menu options and displays. This allows the operators to transfer calls take messages and monitor the status of callers and extension users at a glance.

To maximize the operator flexibility the software can be run in background mode allowing the operator to work in other applications. When an incoming call arrives the operator console software will automatically pop up.
